Notion is where most teams put the things they want to remember on purpose: specs, decision docs, meeting notes, the wiki that codifies how the team works. Most of those docs never make it into your AI session — pasting them is annoying, and most of them are too long.
With Notion connected, Corivo's agent draws on your Notion content as part of its context graph. You won't paste docs as briefs anymore; you'll just give the command.
What Corivo's agent does with Notion
"Match the structure of our spec docs." Corivo surfaces the structure your team's recent specs share — section headings, level of detail, voice — so the output lands in the same shape as the wiki.
"What did we decide about X?" Corivo searches the docs you authorize for the page that closes the question.
"Summarize the spec I have open." Corivo recognizes the spec doc on your active screen via screen context and can pull the latest version and linked pages directly.
"What does our onboarding playbook say?" Corivo grounds the answer in actual policy, not invented content.
"Are there docs about Y?" Targeted, scoped search across the Notion content Corivo has access to.
What Corivo reads in Notion
Scoped to what you authorize:
- Pages and databases you've shared with the integration.
- Page titles, headings, body text, and last-edited info.
- Relations between pages, where they're modeled in databases.
What Corivo does not do:
- Read pages outside the scope you authorized.
- Edit, create, or move pages.
- Persist Notion content to a Corivo server. Your local context graph stays on your machine.
Authorization
Notion permissions are powerful. The intended pattern is for you to scope the integration to the workspaces or pages Corivo should actually read. Common patterns we expect:
- Authorize the team wiki, but not personal pages.
- Authorize the active project's space plus the engineering handbook, but not finance or HR.
You can revoke Corivo's access at any time from Notion's integrations settings.
