Customer context is easy to flatten. A support thread can look like one question, but the right answer may depend on the customer's plan, the bug they hit last week, the Linear issue already in progress, or the Slack thread where the team discussed the workaround.
With Intercom connected, Corivo can use customer conversations alongside the rest of your product context.
What Corivo's agent does with Intercom
"Draft a reply to this customer." Corivo can use the conversation, related project docs, and recent issue status.
"Which customer threads need attention?" Corivo can rank conversations by project context, customer importance, and what is blocking a response.
"Turn this thread into a bug report." Corivo can connect the customer wording to the likely product area and draft a Linear issue.
"Write the weekly customer update." Corivo can summarize themes across support threads and product work.
What Corivo reads in Intercom
Scoped to what you authorize:
- Conversations and contacts in authorized inboxes.
- Message bodies, participants, timestamps, and status metadata.
- Links and references inside the conversation.
What Corivo does not do:
- Read inboxes you did not authorize.
- Send customer replies without explicit consent.
- Persist Intercom content to a Corivo server. Your local context graph stays on your machine.
