Google Docs is where a lot of real work becomes durable: specs, agenda docs, postmortems, project updates, launch plans, customer notes. Those docs are usually too long to paste into a chatbot, and the important part is often a paragraph buried halfway down the page.
With Google Docs connected, Corivo's agent can use the documents you authorize as part of the context graph.
What Corivo's agent does with Google Docs
"Summarize the spec I have open." Corivo can start from the doc on your screen and pull the authorized source doc when it needs the full context.
"Turn this meeting into a follow-up." Corivo can combine the agenda doc, the notes, and the related Slack or Linear context to draft the follow-up.
"What did we decide about billing?" Corivo searches the docs you authorize and surfaces the actual decision doc instead of guessing.
"Write the project update in our usual format." Corivo can use recent docs as examples for structure, tone, and level of detail.
What Corivo reads in Google Docs
Scoped to what you authorize:
- Documents and folders you grant access to.
- Titles, headings, body text, and last-edited metadata.
- Linked docs when they are inside the authorized scope.
What Corivo does not do:
- Read docs outside the scope you authorized.
- Edit, share, or delete docs without explicit consent.
- Persist Google Docs content to a Corivo server. Your local context graph stays on your machine.
