Feature

Your agent can read the tools where the work actually lives.

The screen tells Corivo what is in focus. AI tool context supplies the rest: issues, comments, commits, docs, emails, calendars, customer conversations, and team threads — retrieved from the tool only when a command needs them.

Primary workflow

Turn scattered data into a campaign plan

Corivo connects product updates, competitor movement, and revenue data, then turns those signals into a complete activity plan.

The problem

Why AI tool context

AI without tool context is a sealed room. It can summarize what you paste but cannot pull the thread, the ticket, or the doc that gives a request its meaning. AI tool context closes that gap by reaching into the SaaS where work actually lives.

Generic AI tools cannot reach into your project tracker, your email, or your team's docs. Every command starts from scratch, with you re-typing context that already exists in another tab.

Browser-only agents see a single page. They miss the connected Notion page, the linked Linear issue, the parent thread in Gmail. Real work spans tools, so the agent needs to as well.

Cloud agents that index everything centrally create privacy headaches and rarely match the precision of pulling from a tool only when needed. AI tool context retrieves on demand using your credentials, with no central index in the middle.

What it does

The useful parts, not another chat surface.

01

Connects through scoped auth

Integrations use the tool's own authorization flow and only read what you approve.

02

Retrieves on demand

Corivo calls the relevant tool when a command needs a ticket, document, message, calendar event, or error trace.

03

Keeps tokens on device

Connector credentials stay local, and tool data flows from the tool to your computer rather than through a Corivo server.

How it works

How tools fill the context gap

Corivo treats integrations as context sources the local agent can call when the active screen is not enough.

  1. 01Linear and GitHub explain the work item and code changes.
  2. 02Slack, Gmail, Feishu, and docs explain decisions and participants.
  3. 03Calendar, Sentry, Intercom, and notes add timing, incident, customer, and personal context.

Each connector is a typed adapter into one SaaS — Notion, Slack, Linear, GitHub, Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs, Sentry, Intercom, Mem, Feishu, GitLab, with more arriving. AI tool context is the union of what these adapters can fetch on demand.

Retrieval happens on demand, not pre-indexed. When the agent needs the parent issue, it queries Linear in that moment using your credentials. There is no overnight index job, no central copy of your tool data sitting on a Corivo server.

Connector credentials are stored in the operating system keychain — macOS Keychain on Mac, Credential Manager on Windows. They do not leave your computer. Tool data flows from the tool to your machine rather than through a Corivo server.

You can disable individual connectors per workspace or per project. The agent only sees what you have explicitly connected, and you can revoke any connector at any time without affecting the rest.

Typical workflows

Where this shows up in real work.

01

Replying with project context

Email from a stakeholder asks for status. The agent queries Linear for tickets the stakeholder is named on, Notion for the project page, and assembles a reply grounded in real artifacts — not a vague paragraph.

02

Summarizing a Slack channel

Open Slack. Ask the agent for a digest of the last 24 hours in the #design channel. AI tool context retrieves the messages and produces the digest without scrolling, ready to forward to anyone who missed it.

03

Triaging GitHub issues

New issue lands. The agent fetches the related repo, the commit history of the touched file, and any linked Linear ticket, then proposes a triage label and assignee from real signal.

04

Drafting docs from meeting notes

Wrap up a meeting. The agent pulls the meeting notes from Notion, the relevant Linear tickets, and your calendar event to draft a follow-up doc you can edit and share.

05

Searching across tools

Ask 'where did we land on Q3 pricing?' AI tool context searches Notion, Google Docs, and Slack at once and returns the canonical answer, with links you can click to verify.

Related workflow

Meeting schedule management

Corivo knows your calendar, finds the next routine meeting, and surfaces the time, meeting ID, and relevant details without another search.

Related workflow

Email tasks, already done

When an email asks you to write something, Corivo understands the request, drafts the document from your work context, and replies to the thread.

How it differs

How AI tool context beats per-tool AI features

Every SaaS now ships its own AI sidekick. Slack AI summarizes Slack. Notion AI edits Notion. Linear AI describes Linear. None of them cross product boundaries, because they cannot.

AI tool context spans the tools you actually use. A single command can pull from Linear, Notion, and Gmail at once because the agent runs outside any one tool. Cross-product retrieval is where AI gets useful for real work.

Most decisions need at least two surfaces — the ticket and the conversation, the doc and the meeting, the issue and the commit. AI tool context is the layer that makes those joins natural instead of manual.

Slack AI / Notion AI / Linear AI

Each product's built-in AI is bounded by that product. AI tool context spans them, so one command can join across surfaces.

Glean / Microsoft Copilot

Cloud-indexed enterprise search. Corivo retrieves from tools on demand using your credentials, without a central index.

Zapier-style automations

Workflow automation triggered by events. AI tool context is conversational and retrieves on demand inside the agent's reasoning.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is AI tool context?

AI tool context is the project background an AI agent retrieves from your connected SaaS tools — Notion, Slack, Linear, GitHub, Gmail, Calendar, and more — on demand, using your credentials, when a task needs it. The agent uses tool context to ground answers and act with the right background.

Which tools does Corivo support?

Notion, Slack, Linear, GitHub, Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs, Sentry, Intercom, Mem, Feishu, GitLab — with more arriving regularly. See the full list at /integrations.

Are my tool credentials stored on a server?

No. Connector credentials are stored in your operating system keychain — macOS Keychain on Mac, Credential Manager on Windows. They do not leave your computer. The Corivo server is not part of the retrieval path.

Does AI tool context work the same on Mac and Windows?

Yes. The connector layer is platform-agnostic. Both Mac and Windows builds use the same set of integrations, with the same scopes, the same on-demand retrieval, and the same revoke controls.

Can I limit what each tool sees?

Yes. Per-connector scopes are explicit. Read-only by default; write scopes are opt-in. You can disable a connector at any time without affecting the others, and the scopes are visible at any time in settings.

Does Corivo pre-index my tool data?

No. AI tool context is retrieved on demand. The agent queries the tool in the moment a command needs the answer, not ahead of time. This trades a small amount of latency for a much smaller privacy and storage footprint.

What if a tool has its own AI feature?

Tool-specific AI features are useful inside that tool. AI tool context is for tasks that span tools — replying to email with ticket context, drafting a doc from meeting notes plus tickets — which is most real work.
